TAG Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Effective: Nov 1, 2025
These TAG Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the TAG Rewards Program (“Program”), offered by TAG Restaurant Group and its subsidiaries, licensees, franchisees and affiliated companies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Program, you (“Member,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Program Terms, together with our general Terms & Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not enroll in or use the Program.
These Program Terms supplement, not replace, our general Terms & Conditions of Service.
Eligibility
The Program is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years of age.
Parental or legal guardian consent is required for Members under the age of 18.
The Program is not targeted to children under 13, and no corporations, partnerships, or other entities may enroll.
Membership is limited to one (1) account per person; duplicate accounts may be closed.
Enrollment & Welcome Reward
No purchase is necessary to join the Program.
Upon enrollment, new Members will receive a one-time $10 Welcome Reward credited to their account.
The Welcome Reward may expire after [e.g., 30 days] if not used.
Rewards are promotional, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at participating TAG Restaurants.
Points are calculated on the purchase subtotal, excluding tax, tips, service charges, delivery fees, and gift card purchases.
Points are credited to your account typically within 24 hours of eligible transaction.
Points cannot be earned retroactively for past purchases without account identification.
Orders placed through third-party delivery apps (e.g., DoorDash, Grubhub) do not earn points.
Redeeming Rewards
Unless otherwise stated, 120 points = $10 Reward toward a qualifying purchase.
Rewards may not be used toward alcohol (where restricted by law), gift cards, catering deposits, delivery fees, or tips.
Rewards can be stacked unless otherwise specified.
Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, or applied as credit/refunds.
Points are redeemable on a rolling basis and must be used within 60 days of being earned.
Expiration, Forfeiture & Inactivity
Points remain valid as long as your account is active. An account is considered inactive if there is no earning or redemption activity for twelve (12) consecutive months.
Rewards may carry specific expiration dates, communicated at issuance.
Points not redeemed within 60 days of being earned will automatically expire and will not be reinstated.
Expired or forfeited points/rewards will not be reinstated.
Inactive accounts may be unregistered at our discretion.
Communications & Privacy
By enrolling, you consent to receive Program-related messages (including reward notifications, updates, and promotional offers) via email, SMS, push notifications, or other available methods, consistent with your opt-in preferences.
You may update your communication preferences at any time in your account settings.

Modification & Termination
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or as otherwise required by law.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate the Program (including point accrual, redemption values, or eligibility rules) at any time without notice.
If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed points and rewards will expire immediately and have no cash value.
Fraud, Abuse & Account Closure
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all points and rewards.
Company reserves the right to audit accounts, suspend duplicate accounts, and refuse re-enrollment for misuse.
App & Content Use
This App and its content are owned by or licensed to TAG Restaurant Group and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for noncommercial purposes only.
Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising from the Program will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The arbitration will take place in Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable federal law.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App, the Program, and all content are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' TAG Restaurant Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAG Restaurant Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or use of the App.
